Hydrotuff ( PVC COATED) AND Hydrolite ( PU COATED) PRODUCT LINE

Our Hydrotuff ® and Hydrolite ® lines of commercial fabric are available in polyester and nylon base material with Polyurethane (PU) and Poly Vinyl Chloride coating (PVC) coatings. Both lines offer outstanding wear performance, are lightweight and very durable which gives these fabrics exceptional resistance to abrasion, punctures, and tears. They are easy to care for and are washable with soap and water.

Our Hydrotuff and Hydrolite fabrics have many end-uses including Golf Bags, Gym bags, folding chairs and awnings and Safety Gear.

Hydrotuff and Hydrolite fabrics are available from stock in our strategically placed warehouses throughout the United States. A wide variety of colors are available from stock and we can produce custom Dye Lots to suit your specialty needs.

Hydrotuff and Hydrolite Product Listing

Hydrotuff 70

• Construction - 70 Denier Taffeta Nylon (PVC Coated)
• Thickness - 10 mil
• Width - 58/59 in.

This Product is ideal for price sensitive projects such as lunch bags, pizza bag liners, and promotional or entry level bags and accessories. Stock available in a turquoise, navy, black, gray, burgundy, royal, red and dark green.

Hydrotuff 70 Ultra

• Construction - 70 Denier Taffeta Nylon ( PVC Coated )
• Thickness - 12 mil
• Width - 58/59 in.

With a slightly thicker PVC coating and a heavier hand than the Hydrotuff 70 fabric, this product is also ideal for projects such as lunch bags, pizza bag liners, and promotional or entry level bags and accessories.

Hydrotuff 200 (PVC Coated) & Hydrolite 200 ( PU Coated)

• Construction - 210 Denier Oxford Nylon ( PVC Coated & PU Coated )
• Width - 58/59 in.

This fabric is ideal for any product that requires a little more durability than our Hydrotuff 70 line. Please inquire for any custom needs that you may have. Stock available in black only. Colors available on custom orders.

Hydrolite 200 ( A / B Grade)

• Construction - 210 Denier Oxford Nylon ( PVC Coated & PU Coated )
• Width - 58/59 in.

Tougher than the Hydrotuff 70 fabric, Hydrolite 200 ( A/B) is primarily used for promotional products. Recommended end uses are :

• Light weight cases
• Soft sides Coolers
• Linings etc.

Stocked in an assortment of colors in our strategically located warehouses throughout the United States. This Product is also available with a vinyl coated back for added water resistance.

Hydrotuff 400

• Construction= 210 x 420 Denier Nylon ( PVC Coated )
• Width - 58/ 59 in.

Hydrotuff 400 is a workhorse product from the Stafford Textiles Hydrotuff Line. This product is a tough and light weight product used for such things as wheelchair seat upholstery, archery products, garment bags and many other finished products. Available from stock in red, royal, black and navy.

Hydrolite 400 Regular ( T85)

• Construction - 420D Oxford Nylon 85 T (PU Coated)
• Width - 58/ 59 in.

A versatile product useful when strength and aesthetics are essential. Useful for many finished products such as garment bags and linings. Available in black from stock and colors for custom orders.

Hydrolite 400 Supreme (T100)

• Construction - 420D Oxford Nylon 100 T (PU Coated)
• Width - 58/ 59 in.

A versatile product useful when strength and aesthetics are essential . Useful for many finished products such as garment bags and linings. Available in black from stock and colors for custom orders.

Hydrotuff 600 (PVC)and Hydrolite 600 (PU)

• Construction= 600 x 450 Denier Polyester
• Thickness – 0.60 mil
• Width – 58/59 in.

The Hydrotuff 600 Line of fabrics is the most extensively inventoried item in our entire Hydrotuff line. This fabric is ideal for luggage, golf bags, computer cases, gun cases and grill covers to name a few. There are 16 different colors available and are stocked in our strategically placed warehouses located throughout the United States.

Hydrotuff 1800 (PVC) and Hydrolite 1800 (PU)

• Construction - 1800 x 1800 Denier Polyester
• Width – 58/59 in.

Hydrotuff 1800 is a mock ballistic look alike. The perception of indestructibility at an affordable price makes this material optimal for products requiring rugged and durable qualities such as luggage and gear bags. Available in black only.

The Bullet (PU Coated )

• Construction – 1680D x 1680 D Polypropylene
• Width – 58/59 in.

The Bullet is also a ballistic look alike constructed from Polypropylene. Although not as durable as the Hydrolite 1800 it is a much more accurate representation of ballistic nylon. Available in black only

VISTA 1000

• Construction – 1000 Denier x 1000 D nylon
• PU coated and water repellent
• Width – 58/59 in.

SOLUTION DYED POLYESTER FABRICS

SOLAR TUFF AND SOLAR LITE

• Construction – 600 Denier ( Solution Dyed)
• PU and PVC Coated
• Width – 58/59 in.

Available with both PU and PVC Coatings this material has excellent outdoor characteristics. End uses such as Boat Covers, Snow mobile covers , ATV Covers and Retractable Awnings are the perfect application for this material. Available in Custom Runs. Call for details.
